Okay fine now don’t start sleeping too much because you must have read “everything in excess is harmful”

Sure, kissing may not burn as many calories as, say, running a mile, but it does pump up your metabolism to about twice its usual rate. kissing burns about 2 to 3 calories per minute. So next time when you kiss someone, do remember it is beneficial for your health as you are reducing calories.
