What is ramen and where did it come from??

Ramen is a Japanese noodle soup dish. It first appeared in Japan in 1910, when Chinese cooks at Tokyo’s Rairaiken restaurant created a signature dish comprising broth and Chinese noodles.

Ramen are made from four basic ingredients: wheat flour, salt, water, and kansui , (salt water)) a type of alkaline mineral water, containing sodium carbonate and usually potassium carbonate, as well as sometimes a small amount of phosphoric acid. Ramen is a quick cooking noodles which is served with meat and vegetables. Famous examples rayu ramen, which is chilli infused. Healthy variations like green tea ramen is gaining popularity. Now, restaurants in the city have also started making ramen by themselves.

Name is quite unusual but its taste is just yuuummmm..!!! yes its for those who loves to have eggs and noodle. Suppose if u can mix things up and can make a delicious dish. It contains eggs, dried ramen noodles, sliced bamboo shoots, green onion , chilli oil, canned corn kernels, spinach, soy sauce, miso paste. Use chopsticks to eat the noodles and then slurp the super-satisfying broth straight from the bowl. Although this dish is more complicated than your average ramen dish, it’s totally worth it.

Yes you read it right, The Ramen Burger, it was invented by ramen blogger and ramen chef Keizo Shimamato (35 yrs old). The original Ramen Burger was voted one of “The 17 Most Influential Burgers of All Time” by Time Magazine. Its popularity has speeded into the city. It’s a bun which is made up of ramen noodles. It is layered with tomato, cucumber, radish pickle, different types of sauces, green onion, egg. It has variations in it like BBLT, a 5 mushroom variant for vegetarians. So well, if you don’t want to dig in whith fork, you can always try to bite into the trend!
